a PARK or Tournament Site?
We have provide you with lots of assistance in finding where the tournament games are being played. Beside each tournament listing there will be two links. The first one provides you a connection to the bracket for the tournament. But don't stop there. To the right of this is a link to a google map with full details on how to locate the park. Additionally, if you want more information about the Southeast Region, the leagues that make up this region, or the tournament sites then click on ABOUT US in the menu bar above. There is a full map of the Southeast Region, with flags marking all the parks where PONY is played and the tournament sites. We hope that these help you get to the games.
NEW TOURNAMENTS
LEVELS IN
THE WEST ZONE
this well be the first year that we will be offering tournaments for Teams made up of all 11 year olds.
In the inaugural year there will not be a level of play above the West Zone tournament. However, beginning next year there will be a World Series tournament offered as well. We have found that there is a great chance to keep boys playing baseball when they can compete in these levels. The West Zone was one of the key driving forces in offering single year tournaments when we started the PONY 13 tournaments.
The West Zone is proud to be pioneering once again in this efffort to keep PONY baseball an exciting and competitive place to play the American pastime. The WEST ZONE and the Southeast Region are both proud to have been able to provide a quality host of the PONY 13 World Series for the past five years,

UPDATE
YOU may have noticed that you are NOT finidng updates to brackets on the SO CAL page any longer. There is a reason for this. Most regions have completed the District, Section and or Region level tournaments in their Region. The winners of these tournaments are now playing in the upper level tournaments, whether they happen to be at a Super Region, West Zone or World Series Tournament. Therefore, we are not updating this page with tournament results, even though the upper level tournaments may be shown on this page, they are not all being updated due to manpower limitations. If you want updates on these tournaments you will need to check the WEST ZONE Page. We are providing you with a link to jump to this page. If you will click on the West Zone Page box below. There you will be able to find the up to date tournament results for
the higher level tournaments. Please click on the WEST ZONE box. We are posting a lot of action photos, game scores and tournament results. Thanks for your many emails, We are trying to make this process of following the Pony touranments easier for you, but some times we get a bit confused ourselves. Thanks for being patient.

Did you see the photo slideshow that is playing right up above? These are photos taken by family and friends who were attending the 2008 tournaments here around So California and happened to remember their camera. There are more photos as well. To see the others, you'll need to click on the Photo Gallery tab in the menu bar above. There are some really great shots. We really hope you take a few minutes and come check them out!
We are posting action photos contributed by parents and fans taken at the PONY tournaments. If you would like to have your photos of the action at your games posted as well, see your PONY DIRECTOR at your field, or send a few JPG formatted photos to R.GOFF@pony.org. We will post some of your shots (not all). We reserve the right to edit or crop to fit our format. We will need full details on the tournament they were shot at, the game no., the teams playing, and your full name to give you credit for your photos. It will take a couple of days sometimes to get your photos loaded. Please be patient. Check the photo galleries frequently for recently added photos. We will post action photos of players. We are not posting team shots, fan shots, or human interest shots. While these might be fun as well, the focus of our tournaments, our website and our photo galleries will continue to be on the players.

Many parents and family members saw the high quality photos that Rey took at the PONY 13 Section and Region tournaments, and have kicked themselves for passing up on the chance to purchase the photos of their son in action and are now regretting that choice.
